Information you provide

We process the cities, salary, bonus, moving-cost, commuting and benefit figures you enter. Paid orders may be associated with the email supplied during checkout.

Payments

Creem acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment details, billing information, taxes, invoices, refunds and fraud checks under its own terms. CityCost receives transaction identifiers, payment status and limited information needed to deliver the report.

Reports saved on your device

After delivery, the report is saved in your browser using localStorage so you can reopen it without an account. Clearing site data, private browsing or changing devices may remove it. You can remove it yourself by clearing CityCost site data.

Server records

We retain calculation inputs, payment status, report data and security logs as needed to deliver the service, resolve payment issues and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Your requests

Use the merchant contact method shown on your Creem purchase receipt for payment or data requests. We may ask for transaction information to verify the request. Do not send full card details.

Security

We use access controls and signed payment notifications, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information.
